Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a specialized, therapist-assisted stretching technique that focuses on the fascia—the web-like connective tissue surrounding your muscles, joints, bones, and organs. Unlike traditional static stretching, FST targets entire "chains" of tissue and joints using gentle traction and breathing patterns to rapidly improve mobility. When your fascia is "stuck", you may feel like you have limited range of motion or you may feel not so flexible!

Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy embracing the whole concept of holistic treatment. The ears, hands, and feet, which are the areas of the body we most often treat, are microcosms of the body. By stimulating the nerve endings in these body parts, we send messages along the nerve pathways to various organs. We stimulate and communicate with the nerve network to the body. This helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body's efforts to function optimally. We encourage the body to heal itself. This is nature's gift to mankind. Lean more here!

Instead of isolating a single muscle on a gym mat, FST is performed on a treatment table by a certified therapist who guides your body through smooth, dynamic movements.
By releasing deep-seated tension in your connective tissues, FST offers several advantages:
Reflexology is the study of reflexes. An organ reflex is a function of the autonomic nervous system and an involuntary response to a stimulus. Reflexology is very effective in reducing stress by putting the body into a parasympathetic state, more commonly known as the state of "rest and digest". The parasympathetic state promotes rest and healing and therefore allows the body to regulate itself and return to its natural state of being.
A reflexology session breaks up and clears toxins produced by physical and emotional stressors. Scar tissue, pooling of lymph fluid, corns, and callouses among sensations of swelling, softness and hardness of muscle tissue on the feet may be signs and indications of stressors. These stressors interfere with the body's electromagnetic energy and connection to the earth.
Reflexology also releases endorphins which are chemical messengers, similar to morphine. They produce a calming and euphoric sensation that, in turn, help suppress pain. This happens by blocking pain from one neuron to another.
Reflexology helps improve blood and nerve supply to all areas of the body, stimulates the lymphatic system which helps boost the immune system, improves circulation to aid in elimination of surplus waste products and fluids. Reflexology increases oxygen from the lungs to all tissues, and promotes the natural function of the body.
Refelxology may be performed on everyone including babies and infants, the elderly, the very ill, pregnant women, pre-surgery clients, post-surgery clients, cardiac patients, diabetic individuals, and cancer patients.
